From the first call to the final installation, my experience with Superior Fence & Gate LLC was fantastic. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options without any pressure. The quote was straightforward and the final price was exactly what we agreed upon. It's hard to find companies like this. The installation crew, arrived on time and were both professional and efficient. It was clear they took great pride in their work. The crew treated my property with respect and left the work area cleaner than they found it, which is something you don't always get with contractors. The finished fence is beautiful and feels incredibly sturdy. Neighbors have even stopped to compliment the quality and look. I worked with Cory J at Superior Fence and Gate throughout the entirety of the fence project. He typically responded timely either immediately or within 24 hours through text or phone call. The proposal was completed shortly after coming and measuring the area with the capability to E-sign which was helpful. He also took care of calling the utility companies and obtaining a permit which not all contractors I spoke with did. We did encounter some miscommunication at the beginning in terms of my desired fence versus what he understood we wanted which did cause a change in the initially quoted cost, but this could've been avoided if I had provided a clear diagram of what I wanted versus going off a verbal explanation. Additionally, we had to build against a neighbors fence, and there were some measurements that were off causing them to have to re-do the side posts. However, through it all, Cory was understanding and respectful when I communicated any concerns and did all he could to meet all my requests. Brent, our installer, completed most of the fencing such as adding the pickets, the gate, and the side next to the neighbor's fence. Through it all, he had excellent attention to detail, was diligent and was respectful even though he had to re-do some work. Overall, although there were some setbacks and delays, Cory and his team did their best to meet my fencing/gate needs and created a quality and beautiful fence. After all we are all human and their response to the setbacks was graceful and admirable. Of note, I recommend that if you're looking to get any projects completed, create a diagram of what you'd like to assist in a smooth follow-through.

Superior Fence and Gate was outstanding from start to finish. Cory was responsive, friendly, and made the process seamless with his e-sign system. He took care of all the permits and communication with our city, which made everything stress-free. The pricing was very reasonable, and the value for the quality of work was excellent. Our installer, Brent, was skilled, professional, and attentive to detail. He considered both function and aesthetics throughout the project. When he ran out of steel ties, he refused to substitute with black ones that wouldn’t match, and instead returned the next day to ensure the job was done right. He even went the extra mile to make sure every small gap was sealed so our smaller dog couldn’t escape. Superior Fence and Gate in North Branch, MN installed a fence at our church in Cambridge and I have to say it was one of the easiest projects I have ever done!  I now see why the are called "Superior"! From my first call to Rebecca to my call to Cory to add onto the fence they first put up, there was absolutely NO problems or hassle! I’m very happy with the chain link fence installation, Cory and his crew. The purpose was to keep the dogs in the back yard.
